RYA Stage 1 & 2 Dinghy Sailing (Combined Course)

This fun and action-packed course runs over six half days days, from 9:30am to 12:30pm, and is a fantastic introduction to the exciting sport of dinghy sailing.

Over the course, sailors will build confidence and independence on the water while learning the essential skills of dinghy sailing.

The programme covers RYA Stage 1 and Stage 2, introducing single-handed sailing, a wider range of manoeuvres, and sailing on all points of sail. By the end of the course, sailors will have developed solid foundations and progressed in line with the RYA Stage 2 standard.

Pre-course requirements:

• Ages: 7-15
  
• Stage 1: No prior sailing experience required
• Stage 2: RYA Stage 1 completion required
