Ever wondered what it’s like to glide over the water, effortlessly carving through the deep blue; or to be precariously balanced, mere moments from capsizing; or perhaps you just fancied getting outside for a bit! Whether you just want to relax and unwind or you’re in the market for a bit of competition, sailing has something for everyone. Sailing is both mentally and physically stimulating, the perfect way of combining cardio and clearing your head.

You can hit the water with a group of friends or you can go solo and enjoy some tranquil time alone with just the lapping of the water (and the occasional bird) for company.

In these sessions, you will take to the water under the supervision and guidance of our instructors and learn a new skill all while having a great time. (almost) All the kit you need is provided, just bring some shoes you don’t mind getting wet, a towel, swimming costume and yourselves.
