RYA Seamanship Skills - Summer Week 6

This course follows the RYA Advanced Module Seamanship Skills course over a week. It covers a range of skills, from sailing backwards to reefing afloat and sailing without a rudder. Teaching takes place on the water, on land and in the classroom depending on the group and weather conditions.

This is a great course to do if you are considering becoming an Assistant instructor or a Dinghy instructor.

The certificate is included in the course price however this is not guaranteed unless the course is successfully completed. Please make sure you bring your RYA youth scheme log book with you. Boat, wetsuit, spray top & buoyancy aid hire is also included.

Pre-course requirements: RYA Stage 4, age 10+.
