Pink Elephant Race

The Pink Elephant Race held on New Year's day attracted 15 boats.  The conditions were much better than the previous few day's, i.e. warmer and no snow.  The wind was from the South with some large shifts between 10 & 15 knots. The course set was an Olympic one using the orange marks to starboard.

The first 4 boats and the Race officer were presented 'beanie' style Pink Elephants
