Adult Dinghy Courses
With our large but protected water Datchet Water Sailing Club offers the perfect way to learn to sail with huge opportunities for those who take to the sport. Our RYA Level
1 and 2 courses are the perfect introduction with Level 1 covering the basics of sailing in Singlehanded Topaz dinghies before moving onto covering all the techniques needed to sail in wide range of conditions in Level 2.
In both Level 1 and 2 we aim to give a well rounded structure which will allow any sailor who has learnt with us to sail in an independent fashion and look to progress to different parts of the sport. Separate courses for Level 1 & 2 are run over a weekend with each day running from 10am to 5pm. Dates are below.
New for 2012 we are offering a Learn to Sail Package. This includes membership to DWSC, a Level 1 and 2 course at any of the dates to the right and 10 free boat hires to give you some practise all for £400 a saving of £140. We also offer a family Learn to Sail package for £680 for two people
at the same address.
